The T-GAGE IV+ is a hand-held Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge offering extended features to make on site work easier, built to perform in the roughest of industry conditions. The T-Gage IV+ can be calibrated to a variety of different materials using one or two point calibration and comes as a complete kit, ready to use, and is backed by 5 year limited warranty.

The T-Gage IV+ has the following enhanced features over the entry level T-Gage IV thickness gauge:

Packaged in an all metal case, the units are sealed with gaskets to protect them from harsh working environments; resistant to both water and petroleum products.
A dual element transducer is included. Application specific transducers are also available for Cast, Iron, Plastics, Fibreglass, Steel and Glass.
Small and portable, the T-Gage IV+ operates on 2 AA batteries for 200 hours plus.
All gauges in the T-GAGE series are covered by a 5 year limited warranty.

Four readings per second for single point measurements or 16 per second in Scan mode – captures the minimum thickness.
Enter the acceptable thickness value, unti will display +/- the difference from the entered value.
Enter a minimum acceptable thickness value. If the measurement falls below the minimum, a red LED will illuminate and an alert beeper will sound. If measurement is above minimum value set a green LED illuminates.
RS232 output sends data to serial printer, computer or other external storage devices.
